Web,
Album Setup Process
You make all Web and album design elections using our
online Web, Album Design Template. Since an incomplete
setup can be saved and revisited endless times, several
people can contribute to the design. You can always contact us with
questions throughout the process. At our end, a real person
will review your completed template and contact you with
questions if necessary. |

Page
Header Rows
You can provide from none to 4 page header rows. These
are used to name the organization, explain the Web site's
purpose like: Membership Demographics, etc. Fonts are
under your control. |

Player Bio Data
Gathering Fields
You can gather up to 17 items of information from each
player using a combination of standard and question-response
data fields. Standard fields (Last Name, Street Address,
etc.) require the attendee to enter a unique value. Question-response
fields ask a question (How many years with the team?) and allow the player to select an answer from
a drop down list of up to 30 answers. Both types of fields
can be tagged as required. This information is saved in
our database and used later to construct your album.
While this page setup standardizes data collection from players, random photos and free-formatted text are accommodated through our Activity Photo Uploading page, below. |
| |
Activity
Photo Uploading Web Page
A general-use photo
upload page is generated for you automatically. It will
reflect the same page design as used by your main Web
site and allow up to 17 free-text comment lines. With this data input web page you can spotlight coaches, add action and group photos, recognize team donors, include advertisements, etc. |
| |
Help
Lines
You can have from none to 15 lines of text on the bottom
of each web page that can be used to help explain the
data entry process, provide directions, telephone numbers,
express a friendly greeting, etc. |

Interactive
Design Viewing/Testing
Our online Web, Album Design Wizard allows you to interactively
view and test your Web site throughout the development
process. |
| |
Photo
Gallery
You can elect to allow participants to view the contents
of your unfinished album online during the open-registration
period. Personal profiles and photos are presented in
a photo gallery. To monitor content, you can exclude individual
photos from the gallery. Since a report password of your
making is required to view the photo gallery, online privacy
is guaranteed. |
| |
Submission Editing
Contributors can edit their earlier submission, including uploading a different photo. The project initiator can edit all submissions as well as exclude submissions from the online gallery and finished album. Since a report password of your
making is required to view the photo gallery, online privacy
is guaranteed. |
